Recently renovated, part of this luxury heritage hotel was a 17th-century convent where the colonial -style has preserved invaluable pieces of art in its spacious halls, balconies, and arcades. They have housekeeping come twice a day, which is definitely refreshing during Covid era when hotels eliminated housekeeping altogether. Location is great- right in the middle of old city. Hotel staff was accommodating especially Raphael. He was a charm. I swear everytime we cam back our rooms had been cleaned with fresh linens and when had out personal items put to the side neatly. The breakfast was very good fill of fresh fruit. Nothing beat the roof top pool with a stunning view. Everything about our stay here was nothing short of amazing.Beautiful hotel located in the center of EVERYTHING. The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was accommodating especially Raphael. We were looking for a comfortable room within the historic center where we could walk and this was the perfect place. Rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city, the attention from the staff was great, and the food that we tried was delicious. There are plenty of things to do within a 30 minute walk, from eating, drinking, or shopping. I specifically want to mention the excellent service provided at breakfast by the whole staff, we stayed multiple days Wife and I took a vacation at the hotel. We were looking for a comfortable room within the historic center where we could walk and this was the perfect place. Rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city, the attention from the staff was great, and the food that we tried was delicious. There are plenty of things to do within a 30 minute walk, from eating, drinking, or shopping. I was there a few days ago for a nephew's wedding and I enjoyed its beautiful facilities. The food and service at the level of a great hotel. The only suggestion I would make is that they remove the religious images from what was the chapel of the Carmelite convent. I understand that since the chapel no longer has a religious use, it could have other uses, but celebrating the wedding party and dance with carvings of the Virgin Mary and paintingsVery good hotel located in part of an old convent. The staff were very friendly, bilingual, and very accommodating. You should definitely treat yourself to a night here.
