West Ocean Foyer Located on Level Two, the West Ocean Foyer has stunning floor to ceiling views of Stanley Park, the North Shore mountains and the harbour and can host up to 220 guests. Included with the foyer space is an outdoor patio area that is ideal for holding a ceremony or a cocktail reception. The minimum Food & Beverage spend for the West Level 2 Ocean Foyer is $25,000 (exclusive of taxes and administrative fee) and the space rental charge is $3,000.
