It allows you to pick your caterer and nurtures BYO alcohol policy, with a corkage fee. The total capacity is 200 guests. Venue rental provides you with exclusive access to the property, including outdoor ceremony seating and an arbor. Depending on the day of the week you choose for your wedding, your wedding party may get access to the venue at 10 am and have it until midnight or 1 am. Wedding packages at The White Poplar feature: - Covered pavilion - Two bridal suites for preparations and touch-ups - Tables, chairs, cocktail tables - 10-hour professional DJ service - Free on-site parking In addition, The White Poplar is a fully accessible, pets and kids-friendly venue with insect control. In case of inclement weather, the team can set up an aisle at the covered pavilion. Additional Enchantments The assorted décor is available upon request and you can combine it with the existing chandeliers. A fire pit with propane is available as a post-ceremony lounge. The venue also provides the following: - Early access to the bridal suites for hair and makeup and wedding coordination - Décor clean up and storage - Ice cream machine Fireworks and sparklers are permitted, provided they are set up and handled by a sober individual and comply with all safety regulations. The fireworks fee also applies. Confetti aren’t permitted, but you can use rose petals and covered candles for additional decorations.
