Stayed here on our wedding night and were blown away by the service and room setup. My brother checked us into the hotel room earlier in the day and told me the reception was very kind - and we were welcomed with waters and protein bars in the room at the end of the night. Great location with Denny's right downstairs, clean and spacious room. Stayed here on our wedding night and were blown away by the service and room setup. The Staff was so nice and friendly! The Staff was so nice and friendly!
We booked the executive king suit with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was in the room!!! Which added a really romantic vibe. The shower had a rainfall shower head and we couldn't be happier! We spent the night here for our honeymoon and we had the best customer service. Marium was helpful, attentive and made our experience 100 times better. We would definitely come back again! We had a wedding event at the hotel in Mississauga June 6, the reason I am writing is how impressed I was with your staff and how helpful they were. Patricia Riham and Fathia. They all went out of their way to help. I asked Patricia if there was a wheel chair in the hotel so I can bring grandma into the hall with. She went out of her way walking to the frontdesk to make sure that we get it. Riham always answered with a smile and went out of her way to help. Absolute kindness!!!
