Excellent Customer Service We were just in London for a wedding and stayed at the Residence Inn . The staff were helpful, friendly and the room was clean. Good housekeeping and excellent breakfast. We recently stayed at the Residence Inn for 4 nights while in town for our wedding! Dyana (sales coordinator) was wonderful to work with when booking a block of rooms for our guests - she was attentive and prompt, and followed up periodically to make sure all of our needs were met. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful throughout the stay - from making sure we were comfortable in our room, to sneaking me out a back exit while in my bridal gown to avoid my arriving guests! We recently stayed at the Residence Inn for 4 nights while in town for our wedding!
