We want you, and your family and friends, to relax and enjoy your wedding. You simply choose from a few location choices for your ceremony, and leave the details to us. We’ll set up and take down all the chairs, tables, and sound system so you don’t even have to think about it. All you have to do is any extra decorating so the Venue has your personal touch. Our wedding team is here to make your day as perfect as possible in any way that we can. Not only is Ponderosa a beautiful setting for your wedding, Kevin and Mary also want your day to be as stress-free as possible. Ponderosa Staff provides set up and take down of chairs, tables, and sound system, for both the ceremony and banquet hall. They believe your family and friends should be able to spend less time planning and setting up, and more time enjoying the celebration. Ponderosa City is the exclusive food and beverage supplier. Outside food and beverages will not be permitted, with the exception of the wedding cake and bar beverages. We can recommend excellent regional vendors for wedding photographers and videographers, wedding flowers and decor, wedding coordinators, officiants, DJs or live music, wedding cakes, decor rentals, wedding day transportation, accommodation options, or any other services you might need.
