The barn can accommodate up to 120 guests for seated dinners. The event team suggests local vendors who will personalize the space to create a unique dining setting for your wedding. The climate control system makes the barn comfortable for year-round use.

Sometimes, couples set up a tent for a seated meal and a barn for a cocktail party or a dance floor. In addition, you can ask them to set the tent outside the barn doors, to connect the areas and increase the barn capacity. The tent is priced separately from the barn rental fee.
Fermanagh Farms provides all services in-house, including Bar, DJ, planning, and catering. The venue has preferred vendors for photography, marriage officiants, decorators, etc. However, you aren’t obliged to use Fermanagh Farms' service. Hiring third-party vendors is possible.

Yes, the barn accommodates up to 120 guests seated for dinner. Our venue does not have a minimum guest count. Our venue-based pricing is a set price for your event, regardless of guest count. Our catering prices do have a minimum of 70 guests for that price. Catering for guest counts of less than 70 guests will have increased catering pricing. Our venue-based pricing and catering pricing can be seen in our Quick Event Estimator. Our all-inclusive per-person wedding packages have a minimum 90 guests count.
Yes, you have two options for expanding guest capacity with a tent. You may add a tent large enough to hold your full guest count, allowing you to host dinner or even the entire event there while using the barn for cocktails, dancing, or other activities. Tent size depends on your guest count: a 40′ x 60′ tent works for up to 150 guests seated for dinner (without a dance floor), a 40′ x 80′ for up to 200 guests, a 40′ x 100′ for up to 250 guests, and a 40′ x 120′ for up to 300 guests. Alternatively, you can extend the barn by placing a tent just outside the barn doors, which is ideal when slightly exceeding the barn’s 120-guest maximum. A 20′ x 20′ tent accommodates around 150 guests, and a 40′ x 80′ works well for up to 180 guests. Tent pricing is additional and can be viewed on the third page of our Custom Event Estimator.

Yes. Dogs belonging to the events / wedding hosts are allowed during ceremonies and photos sessions. Dogs are also allowed in our stay locations (not on beds). Dogs are not allowed in the barn during food preparation or food service.
Yes. The barn venue is on the ground floor and is easily accessible. The washrooms in the barn are also accessible for wheelchairs.
Our stay locations have a few stairs to get into them, and so are not considered accessible.
Yes, we have three spaces on site. For weddings, one is made available to the bride from 8 am on the day of the wedding and remains available to you to stay the night of the wedding until 10 am the following day. A second space is available for the groom to get ready from noon until 6 pm. A third space is available for someone the wedding party would like to remain close on site.
