I Dj in the banquet room for a wedding and the whole environment was great. Everything was so clean the staff were amazing, very helpful and the food and dessert was great. Camrose Resort Casino Hotel hosted our wedding a couple of weeks ago. The staff was very polite and accommodating, the food was absolutely fantastic, and overall, the venue was amazing! Great customer service and comfortable rooms.Great customer service and comfortable rooms.
I booked three rooms for a family wedding over the weekend and staff was very accommodating and got us early check-in, even though we didn’t request it at time of booking. They also provided us with late check out which was fabulous. They came as a preferred vendor for our wedding venue and once we checked out the other four places, we moved all of our guest bookings to a block of rooms here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who helped us arrange the booking! Go with their recommendations, they were absolutely right. We were given a good rate and an easily shared online link and phone number for guests to use. If you are considering a family suite-do it!
