With our variety of gathering spaces, unique lodging, and full service bistro in a beautiful natural setting, Cabot Shores makes it easy for you and your guests to enjoy your wedding time together. WHIFF'S LODGE GREAT ROOM winter lodge exterior at night. Common space ideal for dining, music, and workshops. 2000 square feet of lodge setting with views toward the water. Stage for musical and spoken performances. Bar with bar-tending. Large deck with picnic tables for outdoor gatherings. Adjacent to outdoor stage, fire pit, wood-fired pizza oven and rustic barbecue. Available: tables, chairs, piano, musical instruments; hot tub on deck. RED DRAGON EVENT YURT 30 foot yurt with beautifully painted woodwork. High ceilings, two large doors, and one glass door/window admitting natural light. Yurt top can be opened in dry weather for ventilation and star-gazing. Wood stove and electric heater for cooler months. Surrounding deck with optional hot tub. Adjacent fire pit. Washrooms close at hand. Space can be reconfigured into sleeping area for 8 guests, with 2 twin trundle beds and 2 large futons. Available: folding chairs and tables, kitchen access in nearby Special Events Space building.

An unforgettable experience

An unforgettable experience for a family trip. A yurt experience is more than just lodging, especially if you have young children. What is most impressive of all is the owner and his wife, who are so kind and affectionate.

We had a wonderful time at our wedding

We had a wonderful time at our wedding at Cabot Shores. It was a small wedding, about 30 people. We booked 3 big cabins and 2 yurts over 3 nights. The facilities were good and the lodge is a spectacular venue for putting your feet up by the fire or taking in some impromptu live music. Everyone had a fun and memorable time. Besides the wedding itself we kayaked and made fresh apple juice by hand from the apples in the orchard (it was fall).

We spent three nights attending a relative’s wedding in early September at this wonderful resort conveniently located right on the world-famous Cabot Trail. We stayed in one of the main lodge rooms which had spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the window.

Our experience was amazing.

We had our wedding at this beautiful venue in September, 2022. Our experience was amazing. Paul, Barbara, and the crew was super helpful from the planning stage all the way until we checked out after the event. The location of this property is unbeatable. We had our wedding ceremony in between two chalets - Red and Blue - overseeing the Atlantic Ocean. We booked three chalets and rooms at the main lodge for our guests and some of the guests rented yurts.

couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had our wedding here over the September long weekend and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our wedding was just over 40 adults with some children. The owner and all the staff were very friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond with everything to help us have the best time. Over the weekend staff were knowledgeable with things to do on and off of the resort when asked by our guests.
