All the staff were so on the ball dealing with rain plan changes and schedule delays. Even with the delay and the downpour dinner was served on time! The service level did not suffer for a moment and it did not go unnoticed. I've worked with many venues over the years and very rarely does the venue deliver 100% on the promises made.I recently planned a wedding at the Briars for me clients. We got married there in October 2nd, and the entire staff was incredible!!! First, they went above and beyond to ensure that our "COVID" wedding was just as special while still adhering to all regulations and ensuring all our guests were safe. Second, the staff was incredible!!! Our bar tender knew his stuff and was so fun; all the wait staff was kind and helpful. I can't say enough about them. Third, the food was out of this world!! I can't say enough good things about the Briars. We got married there in October 2nd, and the entire staff was incredible!!! First, they went above and beyond to ensure that our "COVID" wedding was just as special while still adhering to all regulations and ensuring all our guests were safe. Second, the staff was incredible!!! Our bar tender knew his stuff and was so fun; all the wait staff was kind and helpful. I can't say enough about them. Third, the food was out of this world!!
- GGeorge Bigelow23/01/2024it was fantastic!!! it was fantastic!!!We recently had a wedding there and it was fantastic!!! The atmosphere was amazing and the property is gorgeous. It’s a bit dated but you can see the new management and ownership are working hard to update things. My wife and I both loved it just the way it is and found it had a real Dirty Dancing ‘Kellerman’s’ feel. The staff were top notch. I have never experienced customer service like that in my life. They always went that little extra mile from finding watermelon slicesWe recently had a wedding there and it was fantastic!!! The atmosphere was amazing and the property is gorgeous. It’s a bit dated but you can see the new management and ownership are working hard to update things. The service level from the staff was exceptional in the planning leading up to our day, despite a million changes due to COVID and uncertainty around what restrictions would be. The Food and Beverage team (Dave and Michelle) were accommodating and genuinely invested in our day and making the food service perfect. They adapted to all of our guest's requests and meal preferences.We recently had our wedding at The Briars and it was an amazing experience. The service level from the staff was exceptional in the planning leading up to our day, despite a million changes due to COVID and uncertainty around what restrictions would be. The Food and Beverage team (Dave and Michelle) were accommodating and genuinely invested in our day and making the food service perfect. They adapted to all of our guest's requests and meal preferences.

The staff was absolutely incredible and we received so many compliments from our guests expressing the amazing experience they had. We worked closely with the wedding-day coordinator Karine, whom we cannot thank enough for the hard work, dedication and tremendous support in keeping our stress levels at bay when planning the wedding. The level of professionalism held amongst all staff members was unmatched.My husband and I had our wedding here and it was everything we had ever imagined. The staff was absolutely incredible and we received so many compliments from our guests expressing the amazing experience they had.
