Our lovely outdoor wedding garden sitting adjacent to the Clubhouse provides the perfect back drop for your outdoor wedding ceremony. Our experienced wedding team will work closely with you to prepare for the occasion of a lifetime. We offer the idyllic setting to host every aspect of your wedding celebrations from engagement parties, bridal showers, and anniversary celebrations. Our “one wedding” guarantee ensures you will be treated with an unparalleled level of service, professionalism and creativity on your special day. Exchange your vows in our wonderful outdoor wedding garden, which features a traditional arbor, stone-paved aisle and flower beds, which are meticulously maintained. The garden is the perfect backdrop to say your "I Dos" during any season. The Clubhouse offers an indoor ceremony option in our large banquet space with high ceilings, classic wainscoting, and sweeping views of our championship golf course. After your ceremony guests will move into the Clubhouse where they will be captivated by traditional ambiance. Our Trillium Room can accommodate up to 250 guests, who will be wowed by the floor to ceiling windows that lead out to your private terrace. During the cocktail hour your guests can enjoy and celebrate you with a drink under our partially covered verandah overlooking the 18th green and the true beauty that is The Barrie Country Club. After moving inside for an amazing meal chosen specifically by you at your private tasting, you and your wedding guests will dance the night away enjoying the features of the space including a solid oak and granite bar and hardwood dance floor.

Flor, a member of the events staff team, was amazing. She was very patient with all my questions and emails. She recorded and got every small detail right. The decor team and service staff were great. Nothing got missed and it was a relatively stress free process. The venue was beautiful and food was delicious! We have designed for a couple of weddings at the Country Club this summer and have become a preferred floral vendor here. We have so enjoyed building a relationship with Flor, Luzdary and team. They have been very helpful and go out of their way to make sure the wedding day is going smoothly with us as vendors. The venue and backdrop of the golf course is absolutely stunning! Everything is looked after with high expectations. We have designed for a couple of weddings at the Country Club this summer and have become a preferred floral vendor here. Wonderful grounds and a fantastic space for wedding receptions. Flor, who is the wedding coordinator at BCC, went above and beyond - meeting every request and last-minute accommodation. My husband and I had our wedding at the Barrie Country Club in September 2024. We could not have pictured a better experience than what we had. Everything from the food, the atmosphere, the staff, the decor, and the extreme help with planning from Flor was truly above and beyond our expectations. We have had so many people tell us how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. I actually picked out this venue before we were even engaged and it was the wedding of my dreams.
