From the time of check in the attention to details was precise , the ambience and decor of the room was very personalized to make us feel very welcomed and emotional. Food was amazing..hats off to the kitchen. the internal activities too were relaxing. This was our second time in two years staying at this hotel and it was even better than the first time. The staff is excellent and very nice. In-room service was punctual and perfect. This was our third visit and I'm happy to say the place is still amazing! Professional & friendly staff. Super clean rooms and facilities. Always a VIP experience! In-room balcony breakfast service was delivered exactly at the time ordered and was so delicious. First class experience all the way. I stayed in “15 Blush” and the room was amazing. I was told it is the staff’s favorite. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were the softest I have ever felt. The staff was exceptional in every way. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone genuinely cares about you and making your stay the best possible experience. The culinary delights put out from the kitchen staff was not only appealing to the eye but also to your tastebuds.First class experience all the way. I stayed in “15 Blush” and the room was amazing.
