The venue is located in the rural community of Coldstream, only 5 minutes from Lilydale town.

Perched on the banks of the Yarra River, Riverstone Estate is a working winery and storybook homestead surrounded by rolling vineyards and breathtaking views. Blending historic charm with exceptional food and wine, it’s a place where love stories are celebrated in true Yarra Valley style.
Your ceremony can be held outdoors beneath the rustic arbour, overlooking the vines and mountains, or indoors by the glow of the fireplace. Each package includes elegant guest seating, wine barrels, and full photo access across the grounds, ensuring every moment is unforgettable.
Afterwards, enjoy a relaxed cocktail hour on the alfresco terrace in summer, or gather in the cosy foyer by the fire during cooler months. For your reception, the bluestone dining room with soaring ceilings, sparkling chandeliers, and private bar sets the scene for an intimate celebration — seating up to 70 guests with a dance floor, or 120 for a cocktail-style reception.
Our seasonal menus, inspired by French flavours, are paired with estate-made wines for a truly local experience, while bespoke styling ensures the space becomes your perfect backdrop. Nicola was so helpful in the planning process and Jeremy was amazing to keep the day running smooth! Even though we had last minute rain come through, Jeremy made sure we stayed on schedule and the back up wet weather option was still so beautiful ☺️ we got so many compliments on venue, food and staff. The food was plentiful and delicious and received high praise from our guests. A special thanks to our wedding coordinators Amalia and Ruby for helping organise the day, and especially to Sheila...My husband and I got married at the Riverstone Estate in December 2024 and we had an absolutely incredible experience. Stunning vistas and definitely one of the most impressive spots in the Yarra Valley for me (I’ve been to many a winery wedding). Food wise the servings were incredibly generous to the point where we couldn’t even finish the mains but it’s possibly also because the canapés were so phenomenal that I was hovering by the servers double parking. Would definitely recommend if you were planning on an intimate wedding (it’s a small space)Attended a wedding here and the venue is absolutely lovely.
