Welcome to The Liebelt Farm
The Liebelt Farm is a relaxed, rustic wedding venue just five minutes from Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills. Set on private farming land, it offers couples a flexible, DIY space to create a day that feels personal and authentic.
The iconic Acorn Tree – a popular ceremony spot with wide, open views of the hills. From there, guests can wander into the Farmyard, a large open space ideal for post-ceremony mingling, drinks, or lawn games.
The Chaff House, a restored farm building with original timber beams and stonework, adds character and charm. It’s a versatile indoor space, often used for grazing tables, bar setups, or a wet-weather backup.
The farm is best suited to couples who want to bring in their own style, vendors, and vision – whether that’s food trucks, marquees, or something completely different. It’s a blank canvas with loads of room to make it your own.
We keep things simple and down-to-earth, with the freedom to plan your day your way.

- AAll Special Ceremonies23/04/2025WOW!WOW!As a Marriage Celebrant @All Special Ceremonies, I have just checked out the spaces on offer for couples @Liebelt Farm and WOW! "The Chaff House", Rustic Barn is a great space for your Celebration (and Ceremony) if you didn't want to marry or party outside in the yard under a tree. Other locations within the farm include the backdrop of paddocks and wonderful old barn stone buildings. The experience we had with The Liebelt Farm was amazing, from communication to presentation and just making us feel like we were their no.1 priority from start to finish really put my mind at ease. Organising a wedding can be a stressful time, but Amanda, Rebecca and Jonathan were so helpful from being there on the day with initial set-up, there for support and advice on a few things that I hadn't given any thought to. Our venue is nestled on our family’s historic cattle farm, proudly owned and operated by our family for over 150 years. Every rustic touch and historic detail you see here is the real deal—original pieces from the farm itself, lovingly preserved and woven into the fabric of the space.
