The function centre at the Farm features an open design, with three sections – upper function space with kitchen, covered verandah and indoor dining space.
All three are connected through expansive alfresco doors, allowing for seamless integration into a unique outdoor wedding venue with great views of Hunter Valley.
The indoor reception area accommodates up to 80 people for seated dinner or 100 people cocktail style. It can be transformed into whatever style you prefer – from rustic and country interior to formal and sophisticated dining area.

Away from the city's crowd, Stairline offers a relaxed wedding experience and doesn't have strict requirements for your vendors' selection. You are also free to bring your own alcohol and plan the wedding the way you want, without the need to follow strict rules and requirements.
The only thing to consider is that weddings are available only when the accommodation is booked to ensure exclusive venue use. Because of the nature of the farm and alpacas' safety, the dogs aren't allowed on the property.
