The outdoor Courtyard lends itself to conducting intimate Wedding ceremonies as well as an area to serve pre dinner drinks and canapés. For summer comfort, the function room is fully air conditioned making the venue perfect for both summer and winter weddings.
A Wedding is a very special and personal occasion and our experienced event coordinators are available to assist you in designing a package to suit your own individual requirements whilst attempting to meet your budget expectations.
Sherwood Receptions is open for inspection Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and 10am to 3pm and Saturdays by appointment only.
Facilities and Capacity
● Sherwood Receptions consists of indoor and outdoor spaces with a secure courtyard surrounded by well-manicured gardens. The courtyard can also be used for a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony.
● This venue has also Rundle Hall as an elegant indoor area. The maximum guest capacity of the hall is 220 people.
There is also a fireplace to complete the rustic countryside look. Besides this, there is also a large dance floor that the couple and the guests can use.
The lush and green gardens will always ensure that you have a beautiful spot for some amazing Sherwood Receptions wedding photos. You will also find that this wedding venue is ideal for weddings at different seasons because it can also accommodate winter and summer functions.

The care we received during this process was unexplainable. Sam did anything in his power to make our night go smoothly and it definitely did. The waitress’s were super helpful, always checking up on us and helping when needed. Everyone enjoyed the food that was served.
