Yallingup wedding venue, Rivendell Winery is a private 110-acre property with beautiful gardens, perfect for romantic ceremonies and year-round wedding receptions. Rivendell Winery offers exclusive venue hire for ceremonies, photos, and marquee receptions, with event management services provided by Yallingup Event Hire (YEH).
Wedding Reception at Rivendell Winery
You can rent the entire venue and organise the reception, cocktail style or formal seated dinner. The Rivendell Winery features a BYO food policy, and the team at the venue can work with your chosen caterer to set everything up and pack down.
In addition, there are venue-inclusive packages that include wedding organisation by YEH, which includes all furniture needed for a comfortable reception of your style, a tent for your chosen guest number and professional wedding planning and organisation.
The capacity of the reception by YEH:
- Cocktail style - 60 - 150
- Sit-down wedding reception - 60 - 100
YEH organises weddings in traditional wedding marquees, charming Tippi tents or open-air wedding receptions. Included with the tent, ground and service are:
- Dancefloor
- Furniture
- Festoon lighting
- Bar
- Set up and pack down
- Stylist
Bar Options at Rivendell Winery
Rivendell Winery has two options for beverages at your reception:
- Drinks on consumption with a minimum prepayment requirement per guest
- Beverage packages - Starter and Premium pack
- The Rivendell Winery provides all staff, glassware, ice and professional bar service. The duration of the drink serving depends on your chosen bar option, but in general, the bar closes at 11.30 pm.
You can choose your caterer, or refer to the list of Rivendell Winery recommended catering companies. They also provide recommendations for other vendors.
