Whitesands
Port Stephens’ premier wedding venue, Whitesands features breathtaking waterfront views, and is situated just metres from beautiful Shoal Bay Beach. With award-winning architectural features, the space has been interior designed with the 180 degree view in mind, offering rooms suitable for all weddings styles and sizes. Whitesands can comfortably cater for 180 seated or 300 standing.
Shoal Bay Convention Centre
A purpose built venue suitable for large scale weddings, this space is perfect for medium to large weddings and can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests. The Convention Centre features stylish new design, state of the art facilities, a dedicated kitchen and two bars.
With a range of mouth-watering menu options and packages, we are able to cater for all types of nuptials. Inspired by our proximity to the sea, our menu options have been designed to combine a mix of classic favourites with fresh, new dishes that will take your guests on a culinary journey. We have a range of canapé options, as well as two or three course alternate serve or feast style menus for you to choose from.

Very nice outdoor pool area and indoor pool and three spa areas, also used the game room. 2 days stayed not long enough - will definately return.Great view across to the beach. He upgraded our room which was amazing, not to mention the special touches in our room to make it really lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The service was excellent and Chris and all staff at the resort were 10/10. We will be back to your beautiful resort. We had a couple of little challenges However the staff bent over backwards to assist and provide a solution. Special mention to Phil the manager during our stay. The location is beautiful and the associated country club caters for all our needs. The apartment we stayed in was wonderful with excellent water views and a hop skip and a jump to all activities near by. Definitely will be heading backWonderful experience. If you can afford the ones overlooking the beach etc are magic. We even saw a dolphin. Breakfast great. We came when it was slow so thee end g meal facilities were a bit sparse.We had a lovely time here. It was a wedding anniversary and they upgraded us.
