For your wedding reception, choose between the following:
- The Ballarto Room: Ideal for large receptions, features floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully stocked private bar, washrooms, a sound system and a dance floor; the room is available for 5-hour venue hire and includes table setting, staffing and AV system; capacity: 100 – 160 seated guests, 220 cocktail-style
- The Belvedere Room: Romantic place for an on-site indoor ceremony or intimate reception; the room has a private bar, modern lounge furniture and a smoking area; the rental includes 3-hour exclusive use for the ceremony or 5-hour use for reception, set up, event host, staffing, AV facilities; capacity: 90 guests
Wedding Packages at Nightcap at Seaford Hotel
Choose between a set and cocktail wedding menu for your celebrations.
The cocktail menu includes ten canapé items (additional items available at a cost) and tea and coffee stations.
The set menu package features a 2- or 3-course meal: entrée, main and dessert, served alternate-drop style.
The buffet at Nightcap Seaford delivers two meat dishes, two hot dishes, accompaniments and desserts. Arrival canapés, dips, antipasto, seafood and fruit platters are optional upgrades.
The venue has two beverage packages: standard and premium, lasting 3 to 5 hours, offering sparkling wine, red and white wines, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Available items for rent for a unique wedding experience are a photo booth, chair covers, table runner and more.
