The first stone house, Victor Harbor House, was built on this site in 1863 as a boarding home for workers in the port business. Over the years, the building was licensed and extended until 1961 when it was replaced with a fresh build that underwent refurbishments in 2022 to bring you the Hotel Victor you see today.
