From a glamorous indoor hall to the outdoor deck, Northern Beaches Bowls Club has a perfect venue for weddings:

Rosewood Room: Large indoor hall for private events of 220 seated guests or 300 people cocktail-style, features an attractive chandelier, fairy lights and white sheer drapes; has a private bar, toilets, a large stage for live entertainment, toilets, power and plenty of other amenities for a modern wedding
The Greenery: Casual, outdoor space with a relaxed atmosphere and permanent furniture layout, includes a private bar, power, kids’ playground
The Marquee: Available for smaller events; the sides can be opened to provide outdoor ambience; it can be rented with the adjoining deck and gardens for large-scale weddings.
The Deck & Gardens: Versatile function space for intimate events for up to 150 guests, can be booked for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour or paired with the marquee for the whole event
Balcony: Running along the Rosewood room, it seats up to 20 to 30 guests for an intimate gathering

Room hire includes setup of your chosen layout in the room, private staffed bar, cleaning fee, and function amenities indoors and on the lovely grounds.

Menu Options at Northern Beaches Bowls Club

This romantic wedding venue on the beach has an exceptional menu for special occasions, including an alternate-drop plated menu, buffet, canapé menu and a range of customisation options.

For example, a full-choice buffet features seasonal vegetables, potatoes and dinner rolls, beef lasagna, herb lamb, Mongolian lamb, chicken mignons and other main courses. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. The alternatives are BBQ and beach buffet, serving typical Australian BBQ items and more coastal and fresh dishes.

For cocktail events, you can combine four and five choices of canapés with hot and cold platters with seasonal fruits, sushi, sandwiches and wraps and more delicious finger food options to elevate the event.

The alternate drop wedding menu includes two or three dishes and is popular for a formal, sit-down wedding. The meal starts with one or two hot entrées, followed by the gourmet main course. Popular options for the main are chicken Antoinette, stuffed calamari and beef cheeks.
