Housed in a heritage listed sandstone building in the historic village of Berrima, Eschalot restaurant is a sophisticated location for intimate corporate and private events. Décor is elegant and understated, with chandeliers, candles and crisp white tablecloths. The fine-dining restaurant seats up to 70 guests, and strives to use only fresh, local produce. Convenient catering menus are offered for functions and events. In summer, guests admire views of the tranquil gardens, whilst in winter the open fire roars. Weddings ceremonies oft take place outside, with either a cocktail or sit down reception held afterward in the restaurant.
