Our unique beachfront venue is perfectly located amongst lush mountainous forests overlooking the Coral Sea, making it the ideal picturesque setting to celebrate any milestone or event. Our newly renovated garden area caters for parties of all sizes; Whether you are seeking a cocktail style celebration or an intimate sit down meal, we can create the ultimate package to suit your needs. Our versatile Events Space gives you the flexibility to theme your special occasion to your liking. It offers a stage for bands, DJ's & Entertainment, or alternatively take advantage of our complimentary in-house speaker system.
A BEACH WITH A DIFFERENCE
Ellis Beach offers access to rainforest settings complete with waterfalls, beautiful huge fig trees complete with weeping branches, and of course the stunning beach itself where the rainforest really does meet the reef. These settings are all within a five minute stroll of each other, making Ellis the ideal place to get married or celebrate milestones with ample photo opportunities. We are fortunate to have very few neighbours, meaning it isn't hard to find a nice, secluded patch of sand away from the crowds during the day. And then when night falls, we can party well in to the evening without any concerns for noise restrictions.

At Ellis Beach Bar and Grill, we can promise you a beautiful wedding reception complete with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and refreshing beverages in a unique setting. But one thing that we can't plan for you is the weather! Beach weddings are wonderful and we are lucky to be located in North Queensland where we are spoilt with sunshine; however should it be raining when you are getting ready for the ceremony, don't panic. We have you covered with a weatherproof backup option for ceremonies to take place at no extra cost.
