At Bangor we are passionate about working with premium Tasmanian produce. We follow a paddock-to-plate philosophy, utilising lamb from the Bangor property, local seafood, and the freshest local vegetables and herbs. Head chef Skye and team are focused on delivering you an outstanding Tasmanian food experience.

It was such a beautiful day, and so many people commented on the amazing venue and how great a job Kate and the whole team did. It was incredible to have our dog phoebe included at the ceremony as well.
